In the heart of Riverhead, New Zealand, a simple passion for authentic sourdough bread blossomed into something truly special.

As a mother of three energetic youngsters, I found solace and joy in the art of baking. What began as a hobby - crafting the perfect loaf for my family - soon became a calling to share a slice of happiness with our community. 

The Beginning

It all started in my cozy kitchen, with flour-dusted countertops and the gentle hum of fermentation. As I juggled the demands of motherhood, I discovered the therapeutic rhythm of kneading dough and the satisfaction of watching it rise. Each loaf became a labor of love, perfected over time with care and patience.

From Family to Community

The aroma of freshly baked bread soon filled our home, drawing in friends and neighbours. Their enthusiasm for my sourdough creations was overwhelming, and I realised I had something unique to offer beyond our family table.
